A country filled with beautiful cuisine, rich culture and magnificent architecture, Turkey has quickly become one of my favourite European destinations to visit. From its hot air balloon rides and fairy tale rock formations in Cappadocia to its ravishing mosques and palaces in Istanbul, it’s the perfect escape from everyday life!

Where to go:

For hot air balloon sunsets, fairy chimneys, beautiful caves and romantic rooftops head to Cappadocia. If its historic sites, beautiful domes and architecture you’re after, make your way to Istanbul and Antalya. If it’s a spa holiday you’re yearning for, why not soak in the sun at the beautiful thermal pools of Pamukkale.
